Honor Diaries

Honor Diaries is a new documentary that probes violence against Muslim women including genital mutilation, forced marriages, and “honor killings”, and exposes the harm that is perpetuated against these women as a systematic, institutionalized misogyny. Consider these statistics: four girls are circumcised every minute; more than 125 million women and girls have been victims of genital mutilation in the Middle East and Africa since 1989; and, an estimated 13 females are murdered each day in the name of ‘honor’. EPA Tested Deadly Pollutants On Humans

In seeking to justify more onerous clean air regulations, the EPA conducted tests on the elderly and people with health issues by exposing them to high levels of potentially lethal pollutants.
